Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. During peak season (November and December), we recommend ordering early to ensure your display is ready before the holidays.
Are your lights suitable for outdoor use?
Most of our products are UL-rated for both indoor and outdoor use. Please check the specific product description for the 'Weatherproof' badge before installing them in exposed areas.
What is your return policy for seasonal items?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that returns for holiday-specific decor must be initiated at least 10 days before the holiday to qualify for a full refund.
What should I do if a bulb burns out?
Our modern LED strands are designed so that if one bulb fails, the rest stay lit. We include replacement bulbs and fuses with every order to ensure your display stays bright.
Do you offer energy-efficient lighting options?
